Is there an age requirement?
Yes. You have to be 18 years of age or older to register on the Arise Platform.
Are there restrictions in my state?
Arise is NOT currently open to new or returning partners that reside in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.
Is it free to register as an Agent?
Yes. It's a simple 4 step process. 1.) Create a profile. 2.) Sign a non-disclosure agreement. 3.) Enter the EIN# of the call center you will work for. 4.) Review & select a client opportunity.
What's the fee for client certification?
Each client will offer instructor-led online courses providing pertinent information on the client systems and requirements for the program. Most of the fees range from $25 - $249, per client certification.
What are the System Equipment Requirements?
You must meet the system and equipment requirements, in order to use the Arise Platform. Please note some client programs may have additional requirements. For the most updated policy please visit www.arise.com .
Is there a refund policy on certification courses?
No refunds will be granted once you have enrolled and paid for a certification program.
No refunds will be granted if you are unable to complete and/or fail a certification course.
